GLOBULES
5

Dear Cosmic Society,
I work for a camera company for many years and can explain globules
very easily, please do not be offended. (I do believe in ghosts by the way).
If you notice all of the pictures with Globules are using a flash. If a dust
particle is passing in front of the lens at the moment the pictures is taken
it will reflect the flash and appears as a "Globule". This cannot be seen by
the naked eye, but will be recorded by a camera. This also explains why it
does not appear in all pictures. Also, have you ever noticed that globules
only appear in front of things and never behind, or partially obscured? This
explanation is only for a few of the pictures. There are quite a few that
have no explanation. Some of that stuff I couldn’t begin to wonder where it
came from!
P.S. I really enjoyed all of the pictures,
Jaqui

Hi There Jaqui,
Thank you for your letter and comments regarding globules. Absolutely we
believe that globules are the most easy to replicate or mistake as spirit
energy when in fact they can be reflections, refractions and photographic
artifacts of all kinds including dust, dirt, moisture, etc. More and more
however they are being seen (by me anyway) by the naked eye and our video
cameras as well as digital cameras and 35mm film.
I do understand what you are saying in your letter and I appreciate your
viewpoint as I’m sure many times dust particles may be captured at just the
right angle to create the globule effect on film. I also appreciate your
statement regarding being unable to say for sure what may have been captured
on film in many of the photos - welcome to the world of the preternatural.
It’s always nice to hear a professional (in whatever field) admit they may
not have the answers!)
Your theory, however, doesn’t stand up when there is no flash involved, and
I know personally there are many photos of my own not to mention others that
were taken during the day and most definitely without flash. There are
numerous examples of this on the CosmicSociety.com website as well as
others.
As for globules that don’t appear behind things… That is probably one of the
best points I’ve heard raised in defense of the dust particle theory,
nevertheless I do have a few in my growing collection. If you look
carefully at the photo above you will see a very faint globule that goes
behind my niece Sheri, seated on right, again you will really have to
scrutinize here, but if look carefully you can see an edge of the globule to
the left of her on the wooden table.
Many Regards ~ Donna Kent |
